IRM Bristol Limited Returns Policy

IRM Bristol Limited offers a 14-day money back guarantee.

This 14 day money back guarantee is subject to the following simple conditions.

  • The items are undamaged in the original packaging.
  • You obtain a Goods Return Number (GRN) from us prior to returning the goods (so we know where the goods came from!)
  • Carriage costs are not refundable and return carriage is payable by the customer

Please remember to include a copy of your sales order and GRN number with the returns in order for us to identify the sender of the goods.

We will credit your payment card account within 7 days of receipt of the returned product.

Please note that we strongly recommend that you send the returns via insured carrier that are able to provide proof of delivery if required as we will not be held responsible for goods that are lost in transit.

To enable us to deal with your call quickly and efficiently, please ensure you provide the following information:

  • Order Number
  • Product Code
  • Reason for return

*Please note that products from Croft Hardware that are made to order are not covered under the above conditions. 

Faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied items.

In the unlikely event the products supplied are faulty, have been damaged in transit, or incorrectly delivered, we will arrange collection of these items by our carrier at our expense. We will send replacement goods immediately.

You must notify us of faulty items within 14 days of receipt.

Unwanted Items under the Distance Selling Regulations.

If you are a public individual (e.g. a non-business buyer) you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days from placing the order or receiving your goods, which ever is the longest.

Items can be returned to us for a full refund or exchange subject to the following conditions:

  • You obtain a valid Goods Return Number
  • All items must be in a re-saleable condition and in the original packaging.
  • The items were not specifically ordered for the customer, or altered or customised to the customer's specification.
  • Carriage charges are not refundable.
